The following works are commenced:
1.    construction of monolithic reinforced concrete grill of House №1;
2.    reconstruction of electric power substation units; laying of electric cable and construction of a new transformer substation for autonomous electric power supply to the residential district;
3.    construction of concrete blinding coat for monolithic reinforced concrete grill of House №2.

Furthermore, second line construction works are commenced: geological survey and enclosure preparation works.
 

The following works are completed:
·    preparation stage works of the first construction line (relocation of engineering services – water conduit, electric cable beyond boundaries of the construction site; territory enclosure; arrangement of temporary roads and sites);
·    construction of pile field of House №2.
