A new multi-purpose health resort will be constructed in Kyiv region

On September 12, 2008 the first stone of the multi-purpose health resort LITVINOVKA Entertainment in Litvinovka settlement of Vyshgorod district (Kyiv region) was laid. The resort is the property of Euroholding Invest Company.

Vadim Bukhkalov, the owner of Euroholding Invest Company, pointed out: "In confirmation of our intentions, as soon as this month we start construction of the hunting ground, land improvement of the lake and the site and land works. Construction works by efforts of Euroholding will take quite a time. I think we will not manage to finish the project by the time of Euro-2012. We will have to construct it stage-by-stage, proceeding from comparatively simple facilities to more complicated ones, in particular, we will construct the hunting ground first, then the bath houses and the restaurant and in the last turn – the multi-functional arena. But if a strategic investor joins our project, we will be able to finish construction within three years, fully commission it and ensure proper welcome of guests of the European Football Championship."

The project of the multi-purpose complex LITVINOVKA Entertainment was developed by architects of the Ukrainian Zonal Research, Development and Design Institute for Civil Construction "KyivZNIIEP".

The General Contractor and the constructing organization of the project is Eurobud Company, a member of Euroholding Invest Company.

In August 2006 the project was included to the Kyiv Regional Target Program of Preparation and Holding in Ukraine of the Finals of the 2012 European Football Championship.

Within the framework of the project, the following facilities will be constructed: a five-star hotel for 200 guest rooms with total area of 13 000 m2, six family bungalows (3000 m2), 14 classic Russian bath houses with pools (5600 m2), a tennis club (1700 m2), a football field for 800 seats (9800 m2), a small ski track, a supermarket and a restaurant facility. In addition to that, it is planned to construct a sports and entertainment center (55 100 m2) consisting of the arena for concerts and sporting events for 1500 seats, an aqua-park, an SPA-center, a covered dolphinarium, an Olympic pool and a hunting ground. A parking for 1500 car places is also planned within the project. A safari-park will be arranged in the forest (in the territory of 70 ha adjacent to the construction site). Total area of the project is 19.6 ha (it is the property of Euroholding Invest Company).

The investment amount required for implementation of this project is $150 million. Construction commencement date - 2008, construction completion – 2011 (by Euro-2012). As estimated by Euroholding Invest, project payback period is 5-6 years.
