Construction of Residential complex "BEREZKI"
PJSC "KYIVSOTSBUD" has commenced implementation of the "Berezki" Residential complex construction project in Vyshgorod town at Sholudenko Street.
Construction of "Berezki" Residential complex is carried out with application of the up-to-date monolithic frame housing construction technology which provides an opportunity for free apartment planning solutions. Maximal preservation of existing trees and bushes will ensure high ecological attractiveness of this location.
Residential complex "BEREZKI" is:
· eight 16-storeyed houses harmoniously merged into a peculiar forest landscape;
· 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, 5-room apartments;
· shopping and office premises;
· ground and underground parking grounds;
· kindergarten and school;

Implementation of Residential complex "BEREZKI" construction is planned in six stages, in particular:
· First line: construction of Houses 1 and 2, construction period: 1st quarter of 2008 – 3rd quarter of 2009;
· Second line: construction of Houses 3 and 4, construction period: 3rd quarter of 2008 – 1st quarter of 2010;
· Third line: construction of House 6, kindergarten and school, construction period: 4th quarter of 2008 – 2nd quarter of 2010;
· Fourth line: construction of Houses 7 and 8, construction period: 4th quarter of 2008- 2nd quarter of 2010)
· Fifth line: construction of House 5, construction period: 2nd quarter of 2009 – 2nd quarter of 2012;
Sixth line: construction of shopping center and underground parking, construction period: 1st quarter of 2011 – 2nd quarter of 2012.
Total development area of the first line of this project is 16 892.3 sq.m. Total area of non-residential premises is 465.42 sq.m. The houses will have 248 apartments: 123 one-room apartments (area from 52.6 to 55.7 sq.m), 107 two-room apartments (74.0- 84.3 sq.m), 14 three-room apartments (91.47 and 94.06 sq.m), 3 four-room apartments (126.58 – 154.9 sq.m) and 1 five-room apartment (181.1 sq.m).
Each apartment will have reinforced plastic windows with insulating glass units, metal entrance doors, electric wiring layout, plumping layout, concrete blinding coat of floors, wall plastering. Each living block will have a concierge service.
One of specific advantages of this Residential complex is apartment water supply from four autonomous artesian wells, heat supply by means of autonomous boiler houses located on house roofs, an autonomous housing and utilities enterprise for servicing of the Residential complex's infrastructure facilities and an underground parking for 452 car places.
